Suggestions for a good Southern Style baker for Wedding Cake?

Hi all
I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a good place to try and find a King Cake for my wedding... I'm trying to find a baker/bakery that has a Southern background or is known for making King Cakes in the area... I would just hate to have a cake that was wrong because it was the second or third attempt to make one.

Does that make sense?
